Well, I thought I was in the home stretch, but I now know that I am not. Chris, my tutor, has been extremely helpful and patient, but it's been trickier than I thought to create all the pages. Partly that's because I have so many pages and at least three levels of pages. (That's a lot of linking!) And partly because I have a video-heavy website and I've encountered real problems keeping track of my video files.
My two Flash instructors, Rick and Juan, have been helpful but each has slightly different ideas and methods (no surprise there) so it was one step forward, one step back for me. I then enlisted our teaching assistant, Steve Newberry, and he started to untangle the knot, as it were. We ran out of class time and I'll be getting together with him later next week to continue sorting out the video problem. In the meantime I'll get together again with Chris and we'll sort out all the basic pages and get them properly linked. The way should then be clear for Steve and I to insert the videos properly.
